Stavroula Biniari graduated with a first-class degree (“Excellent” 9.34/10) on the top of her graduating class. Consequently, she completed successfully a LLM in Public Law at the University of Athens with an equally outstanding performance (“Excellent” 9.47/10). Her dissertation entitled: “Taxation as a driving force of constitutionalism worldwide” is currently under publication in the prestigious legal periodical “The Constitution”. She is a high – school graduate of the Model Lyceum of Anavryta (high – school diploma “Excellent” 19.8).
She is active in the fields of Constitutional Law (Civil, Political and Social Rights, establishment and organisation of state power) and Administrative Law (Environmental Law, Planning Law, Civil Service Law, Legislation on Education). She also deals with issues related to ΕU Law, in particular Public Procurements and Free Competition. She specializes in preparing draft affidavits and other court documents, making extensive research of the doctrine and the case law and producing draft legal opinions.
She is a scholar of the “Antoniou Papadakis Foundation”.
She speaks Greek (native language), she has excellent competence in English and French and also possesses good command of German.
