PARTICIPATION OF PARTNER L.I. ATHANASIOU IN THE 2nd TRIPARTITE CONFERENCE ON SHIPPING AND ENERGY LAW

Partner, Professor L. I. Athanasiou participated in the 2nd Tripartite Conference on Shipping and Energy Law, which took place on March 26, 2026, at the University of Texas at Austin (Texas, USA), in the framework of the cooperation between the Law Schools of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), the University of Texas, and Swansea University.

This year’s conference focused on the central theme:
“The Winds of Change: How Shifting Law and Policies are Affecting the Offshore Energy and Maritime Sectors in the United States and Europe”.

In this context, Professor L. I. Athanasiou presented the highly topical subject:
“Maritime transport and storage of CO₂: New regulatory and contractual devices”.
