The monograph, which is the updated and supplemented form of M. Stathaki’s doctoral thesis, is published in two volumes.

The first volume (TOME I- La notion de la rémunération – p.682) is devoted to the concept of the remuneration of the contracting party of the public administration under public procurement contracts, while the second volume (TOME II – La fonction de la rémunération – p. 556) moves beyond the question of “what remuneration is” to examine “what function it serves.”
