Podcast on “Maritime Law”
On the occasion of the release of the 2nd, fully revised edition of Maritime Law, AG- Law Partner Professor Lia Athanassiou participated in a podcast discussion with Mr. Goulas, Editor-in-Chief of the Nomiki Bibliothiki portal, as well as with esteemed colleagues and contributors to the book, Mr. Manolis Konstantinidis and Mr. Michael Antapassis. The discussion focused, among other topics, on the historical development of Greek and international maritime law, the legislative reform brought by the new Greek Maritime Code, the challenges faced by contemporary shipping, the need to strengthen the related cluster, the LLM in Maritime Law of the Athens Law School, and many other interesting subjects.
