Decisions No 1145-1146/2022 of the Council of State approved the interventions filed by AG Law Firm.

By Decisions No 1145-1146/2022 of the Plenary Session of the Council of State, the petitions for annulment dated 25.01.2021 and the 04.02.2021, which had been filed against the Decision No 117828/1338/7.12.2020 issued by the Deputy Minister of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, with respect to the Building’s Electronic ID, have been dismissed. At the same time, the relevant interventions filed by the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) in favour of the validity of the contested decision have been approved.
