L. Athanassiou’s article in Droit Maritime Français (DMF)

The May issue (No. 879) of the French legal journal Droit Maritime Français (DMF) has just been released, featuring an article by AG Law Partner, Professor L. I. Athanassiou titled “Le nouveau Code grec de droit maritime privé (KIND)” (pp. 387–403). The article discusses the reform of Greek private maritime law through the new KIND (Law 5020/2023), with particular emphasis on the changes introduced in the fields of charter and the carriage of goods by sea.
