L. Athanassiou’s article on drones in the newspaper “TA NEA”

AG Partner, Prof. Lia Athanassiou’s article entitled “Drones and anti-drones: How are critical entities in our country shielded?”, was published in the May, 24-25 weekend edition of the newspaper “TA NEA” (p.45). The article presents the main institutional, as well as legal, challenges deriving from the invasion of drones in our lives, highlighting the absence, from the national legal framework, of sufficient protective mechanisms for critical infrastructure, while acknowledging the need for the immediate incorporation of EU Dir. 2022/2557.
