L. Athanassiou’s study in the Honorary Vol. dedicated to Prof. G. Orphanidis

The Honorary Volume dedicated to Professor Georgios Orphanidis entitled “Dogmatics & Law” (Sakkoulas Publications Athens-Thessaloniki, 2025), has just been released. The volume hosts the study “The Jurisdiction Clause in the Bill of Lading under the new Code of Private Maritime Law” (pp. 3-20), by AG Law Partner, Professor L. Athanasiou. The subject of examination is the new provisions of the Code of Private Maritime Law regarding the validity of clauses conferring jurisdiction to courts within and outside the EU.
