“Maritime disputes in a European and global context” Webinar

Professor Athanassiou, following an invitation from Professor Arvanitakis, chaired and participated as speaker as well in the webinar organized by the journal Lex & Forum and Sakkoulas Publications, in collaboration with the Piraeus Bar Association and the Court of First Instance of Piraeus, on the topic “Maritime disputes in a European and global context”.

Her presentation focused on the issue “The treatment of foreign shipping companies established in Greece by the Greek jurisprudence”.

In the webinar also participated Professors Suzette Suarez and George Theocharidis, Justice Kyriakos Oikonomou, as well as Judges, namely Antonios Alapantas and Antonios Vathrakokoilis.
