MLC and Case Law Symposium

Professor Athanassiou participated as Speaker in the conference “MLC 2006 and Case Law Symposium” organised by ITCILO (International Training Centre of the ILO). The topic of her contribution was “The role of jurisprudence and the relevant contribution of the ILO Committee of Experts for a harmonised interpretation of the MLC, 2006”. Among the speakers were distinguished academics as well as executives of international organisations and forums, experienced lawyers and practitioners on the maritime sector.
