The December 2025 issue of the French legal journal Le Droit Maritime Français (DMF) features a special section dedicated to the 11th International Conference of Maritime Law, held on 2–4 October 2025 at the Eugenides Foundation, under the subject of “Maritime risks, Revisited.” Professor O. Cachard (Dean, Agrégé in Private Law – Institut François Gény) provides a synthetic overview of the main topics presented during the Conference, with particular reference to issues of digital and environmental transition.
