Participation in Forum on “Greentech and Shipping’’
Professor L. Athanassiou participated in a Forum on “Greentech and Shipping’’, jointly organized on April 19th 2023, by UCL Centre for Commercial Law and the Institute of International Shipping and Trade Law (IILST) of Swansea University.
Her presentation dealt with the forthcoming extension of the ETS mechanism to shipping and its contractual/liability implications.
