Participation in the conference “Modern Aspects of the impact of EU Law on Commercial Law”
AG-Law Partner Professor L.I.Athanassiou along with estimated colleagues participated on Friday 10th February in the conference organized by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Faculty of Law (Department of Economic and Commercial Law) in memoriam of late professors L. Kotsiris, A. Kiantou- Pampouki, K. Pampoukis on the topic “Modern Aspects of the impact of EU Law on Commercial Law”. The title of Prof. Athanassiou’s speech was “Bringing national maritime law to the 21st Century: the Draft of Shipping Act under consultation”.
