«PARTICIPATION OF AG-LAW PARTNER PROFESSOR L. ATHANASIOU IN THE 31st RIPERT SYMPOSIUM OF THE FRENCH MARITIME LAW ASSOCIATION»

AG-Law Partner Professor Lia Athanasiou participated on 26 June 2024 in the Meeting of the Chambre Arbitrale Maritime de Paris, where she has been unanimously admitted as a Member. Furthermore, on 27 June 2024, she participated in the 31st Ripert Conference organized by the Association Française de Droit Maritime (French Maritime Law Association) under the chairmanship of Professor Ph. Delebecque, at the Institut de Droit Comparé in Paris. The conference was attended by Fellow Professors from many countries. The topic of the first session was the evolution of Maritime Law in Spain, Greece, Italy and Africa. Professor Athanasiou presented the reform of Greek maritime law by the new Greek Code of Private Maritime Law (CPML). The second session focused on an overview of French and common law legislation and case law during 2023-2024.
