Presentation of the Commemorative Volume in honour of Professor G. Michalopoulos
The ceremony of presentation of the Commemorative Volume in honour of the late Professor George Michalopoulos took place at the University of Athens on Thursday the 22nd of June. AG Law Partner Professor L.I.Athanasiou presented the content of the Commemorative Volume and offered it to Professor G. Michalopoulos’ family. Professor Athanassiou’s contribution was entitled “The recovery of State Aid from an undertaking in insolvency proceedings”.
