Professor Sturley lecturing at the Athens Law School
AG-Law partner Professor L. I. Athanassiou welcomed on Tuesday May 16th and Wednesday May 17th Professor Michael Sturley (University of Texas), in the context of the spring cycle of guest lectures to the students of LLM Maritime Law. Prof. Sturley focused on US Limitation Act 1851, namely it’s historical background, amendments and the relevant case law on substantive and jurisdictional issues.
