Publication of the book “Innovation, Patents and Competition Law”

The volume “Innovation, Patents and Competition Law” (edited by Prof. G. Sotiropoulos – Nomiki Bibliothiki, 2025) has just been released, hosting the presentations of the 7th Conference of Hellenic Scholars’ Association of Commercial and Business Law (EMEOD). Among the papers is the study by AG Law Partner, Professor L.I. Athanassiou entitled “Patent Abuse: diagnosis and treatment” (pp. 265 – 285), which deals with the issue of patent abuse during the acquisition process, during the exploitation, as well as during the loss of the right.
