Publication of the book “State Aid Law-EU Framework-National Application”

The collective work “State Aid Law – EU Framework – National Application” has been published under the supervision of the Partner, Professor Lia Athanasiou. The book aims to make the technical and dynamically evolving subject of state aid comprehensible  for the researcher and applicator of the law. It was written in collaboration with E. Konstantakou (Associate Judge of ElSyn),  D. Kyriazis, (Assistant Professor, Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and V. Karagiannis, Lawyer, PhD. On 6.11.2025, a presentation of the book and a discussion on State Aid Law – Developments, Challenges & Prospects took place, with speakers: Ath. Rados (Attorney General of the ICU, President of the Council of State (ret.), K. Kostopoulos, (Vice President of ELSYN ret.), A. Mikroulea (Professor at the Law School of the University of Athens) and D. Avgitidis (Professor at the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace).
